Processing Time

All orders are processed and sent out within three (3) workings days (excluding Weekends and Public Holidays) after payment is cleared. We, however are unable to determine and control the delivery time frame once it has been despatched through SingPost.

If your orders are urgent, do send us an email to enquire before ordering. We try our utmost best to make your shopping experience with us effortless and enjoyable.

Shipping Options & Cost

Singapore

We offer shipping and delivery through SingPost.

Orders below $80: 

1) Untracked mail – $1.00
2) Registered/SmartPac – $4.50

Orders $80 and above: 

1) Registered/SmartPac – Complementary

Shipping options will be displayed during checkout.  We highly encourage customers to select Registered/SmartPac trackable mails.  We will not be responsible or compensate for any loss of items through normal untracked mails. 

Malaysia

We deliver anywhere within Malaysia via Door to Door Delivery (Courier). Shipping Cost Estimate will be indicated once a postal code is entered during checkout.

How Long Will Shipping Take?

Singapore

3 – 5 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. We, however are unable to determine and control the delivery time frame once it has been despatched through SingPost.  If your orders are urgent, do sent us an email to enquire before ordering.

Malaysia

Within 12 business days excluding weekends and public holidays after payment is cleared.

**Kindly note that shipping may sometimes be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (Eg, festive season, act of god)**

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship internationally only to Malaysia for certain products.

How will I know if my order was received?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with an order number and brief summary of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email that your order is in the process being delivered to you.

How do I change or cancel an order?

As your order is processed immediately upon payment so you will not be able to cancel your order. Orders with payment not made within 24 hours will be cancelled.
