How Long Will It Take To Process My Order?

Once your order and payment come through, we’ll get your items packed and ready to go within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We promise not to keep you waiting!

If you’re in a rush, just shoot us an email at enquiries@thepalettehouse.com before placing your order—we’ll try to help however we can.
 

Delivery Options (Within Singapore)

You’ve got a few choices to get your purchase:

  • SmartPac via SingPost – $5 (Trackable & Secure)
  • Courier (Doorstep Delivery) – $10 (Great if you want it fast & fuss-free)
  • Self Pickup – By appointment only at
    Oxley Bizhub Lobby 4, 71 Ubi Road 1, #10-39, Singapore 408732

 

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Usually 3 to 5 working days after we dispatch your order.
But once it’s handed over to SingPost or the courier, the exact delivery timing is out of our hands.
 

Can I Track My Order?

If you picked SmartPac or courier delivery, yes! You’ll receive an email update once your order is on its way, with tracking info if available.
 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Not yet! Right now, we’re only delivering within sunny Singapore. But who knows? We might go global one day—stay tuned!

If something seems off—like you didn’t get a confirmation email or your package is taking longer than expected—drop us a message at enquiries@thepalettehouse.com and we’ll check it out for you.
