How Long Does It Take To Process My Order?
We usually pack and send out your order within 3 working days (not counting weekends and public holidays) once your payment is in.
After it leaves our hands, it’s with SingPost or our delivery partner—so delivery timing is out of our control. But we’ll do our best to get it to you quickly!
If you’re in a rush, just drop us an email at enquiries@thepalettehouse.com before you order—we’ll try to help however we can.
How Do I Know If My Order Went Through?
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll get an email with your Order Number and a quick summary.
After payment is received and your order is on the way, we’ll send another email to let you know it’s headed to you.

How Long Will Delivery Take?
Singapore
For local deliveries in Singapore, it usually takes about 3 to 5 business days after your order is processed. (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once it’s with SingPost or our delivery partner, the actual delivery timing is out of our hands—but we’ll keep you posted!
Do You Ship Overseas?
Not just yet—we’re keeping it local for now. But who knows? Maybe someday!
Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?
We start packing right after payment, so once it’s in, changes or cancellations aren’t possible.
But no worries—if you haven’t paid within 24 hours, the order will cancel automatically.
