Processing Time

All orders are processed and sent out within three (3) workings days (excluding Weekends and Public Holidays) after payment is received. We, however, are unable to determine and control the delivery time frame once it has been despatched through our Delivery Partner (SingPost).

If your orders are urgent, do send us an email to enquire before ordering. We try our utmost best to make your shopping experience with us effortless and enjoyable.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, we do not ship internationally.

How Will I know If My Order Was Received?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with an Order Number and a summary of your order.

Once payment is received and your order is out for delivery, you will receive an email that your order is in the process  of being delivered to you.

How Do I Change Or Cancel An Order?

As your order is processed immediately upon payment, you will not be able to cancel your order. Orders with payment not made within 24 hours will be automatically canceled.
