Please read through the following Terms & Conditions before making a purchase. By accessing or using www.momentosbytph.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

Usage Of Our Website

Pictures, logos, trademarks, digital images, advertising, text, information and other forms of digital content will be published on our website as part of the business. Customers and visitors of the website can view, transfer, share and store these content but such actions will not render the customers and visitors the ownership of these content. All content on the website belongs to The Palette House. Content extracted from www.momentosbytph.com published or shared on any platforms must be credited. We reserve the rights to pursue legal action against unauthorized usage of our content.


Once an order is placed and payment is received, we are unable to change/cancel your order. Kindly ensure the correct item is selected and the mailing address is correct before making payment.

Delivery is carried out during working hours (9am-6pm), Monday through Friday, excluding Weekends and Public holidays in Singapore.


We accept payment via PAYNOW and Credit/Debit Card. All prices displayed are in Singapore Dollars. We do not accept cancellations once payment is received.

Defective or Incorrect Item(s) Received

Please email us at enquiries@thepalettehouse.com within 5 working days from the receipt of the item(s). Include your contact details, order confirmation number, and a close-up shot of the defective area in your email.

An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is certified defective by us. We will reimburse the additional postage cost should we need you to mail the defective item(s) back to us and we will thereafter deliver the exchanged item(s) back to you. We will proceed to exchange a defective item only if the item was purchased directly from us. There will be no cash refund.


We do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.


We do not issue a cash refund. We will only provide a similar item exchange if the item is certified defective by us or an incorrect item was delivered.

Modification To Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to modify the Terms & Conditions at any time, so do review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting.
