Hey there! Thanks for visiting Momentos By The Palette House. By browsing, shopping, or using our site, you agree to the terms below. Nothing complicated—we just want to make sure everything’s clear for both of us.
 

Using Our Website

All the photos, product descriptions, designs, logos, and other content you see here belong to The Palette House. You’re free to look, save, and even share, but please credit us if you repost anything.

Using our content for commercial purposes or reposting without permission? That’s a no-go—we reserve the right to take legal action if needed.
 

Product Descriptions

We do our best to ensure everything you see online—photos, colours, sizing, and descriptions—accurately reflects the actual product. That said, lighting and screen settings may cause slight variations. If you need help choosing, feel free to reach out!
 

Orders & Payment

Please make sure all order details (like product and address) are correct before checking out—we can’t make changes once payment is in.

We accept:

  • PayNow
  • Credit/Debit Cards

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
 

Delivery Info

Delivery happens on weekdays between 9am to 6pm, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We currently deliver only within Singapore.

Cancellations

Once an order is paid for, it can’t be cancelled or changed.
Orders with unpaid checkout links will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.
 

Faulty or Wrong Items

We’re really sorry if something slipped past our quality check!

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us at enquiries@thepalettehouse.com within 5 working days of receiving it.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Contact info
  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we’ll handle the exchange and cover return postage where necessary.

Note: No exchanges/refunds for items not purchased directly from us.
 

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns if:

  • The item is defective
  • You received the wrong item

We don’t accept returns for change of mind, and we don’t do cash refunds—only exchanges for the same or similar item if it’s available.
 

Promotions & Discount Codes

Only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
Promo codes must be applied at checkout—you won’t be able to enjoy them after the order is placed.
 

User Responsibilities

By shopping with us, you agree not to misuse our site or services in any way. That includes things like:

  • Submitting false information
  • Using bots to place orders
  • Tampering with the site or content

 

Limitation of Liability

We’ll always do our best to make your shopping experience smooth. However, we won’t be liable for:

  • Delays or failures caused by delivery partners
  • Losses due to incorrect information provided at checkout
  • Any misuse of products after delivery
  • If in doubt, email us—we’re happy to help.

 

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions anytime. When we do, changes take effect as soon as they’re posted here. By continuing to use our site, you accept the updated terms.
